If an item is not available but an equivalent or better quality item is available, we can provide this as a replacement at no extra cost. If you don't like a replacement item, you can send it back.

The order will be shipped after payment. The purchase price consists of the purchase price and the shipping costs.

REDEEMING VOUCHERS
The voucher can be redeemed online or in the Hamburg store of by Aylin Koenig. Vouchers are applicable to the entire range and can also be combined. Vouchers are valid for 3 years after purchase.

REFUND OF USED VOUCHERS

OFFSET OF THE VOUCHER WITH THE ARTICLES
If a voucher was used when ordering, the value of the voucher will be credited in equal parts to the number of items in the shopping cart. The amount of the respective article price has no influence.

REFUND ON GIFT VOUCHERS
